Hey folks,

I’ve been recently reading quite some articles about Sheryl Sandberg, Chief Operating Officer of Facebook and former former Google vice-president for global online sales and operations. You can find here the post I wrote about her. Today, I point you to a video which I hope will be viewed by as  many women as possible. Sheryl addresses the role of women in corporations and how crucial it is. A lot of critics have been addressed towards her speech but I still think that looking at it can give some energy and willingness to some women and push them to change things around them. I personally don’t see any contraction for a woman between wanting to be strong in the workplace and being a good mother, a good wife. It’s certainly a matter of balance. Every great realization begins with a will, a dream, an action.
